Police say 28-year-old Adrian Laroze Briskey was charged Monday with murder in the killing of fellow Crimson Tide fan, 36-year-old Michelle Shepherd Saturday. The killing outside an apartment complex outside Birmingham came just moments after Alabama lost to archrival Auburn in a last-second thriller. Nekesa Shepherd said she witnessed the killing. She said Briskey flew into a rage when she saw the sisters and others joking that the Crimson Tide's loss wasn't as bad as if the NBA's Miami Heat had lost.
