Everyone has to play by the rules. General Exceptions will not be made for individual players. If any issues arise, The Commish will have the final say. Picks Picks will not be accepted after the 6pm Wed deadline (Eastern time). You must submit your picks via the website form. Picks will not be accepted by phone, fax, email, or any other way. The only exception to the previous rule is that you can submit your picks by email only if the website is experiencing technical problems. However, picks submitted by email must still be submitted before the deadline. If you fail to submit your picks by the deadline, you'll receive the highest score for the week plus 10% penalty points you'll auto lose your head-to-head, if applicable your opponent doesn't auto win the head-to-head. S/he must equal or beat the average score for their conference that week. Tiebreakers The tiebreaker for weekly play (determining weekly winners as well as head-to-head competition) will be [1] the tiebreaker team [2] total game points and [3] the least # of games lost that week. If there's still a tie, it's a split. If a college or pro game ends in a tie, it counts as a loss. Return
